Meet Tony Finazzo, Paragon’s Chief Financial Officer. Tony served at multiple companies in varying capacities, many within the realm of finance. When extended the opportunity to become the Chief Finance Officer for Paragon, he took a leap of faith, leaving behind his role at another company. “It was a great decision,” Tony shared. “It has been a challenging and fun ride so far!”

Tony strongly believes that if someone tackles everything they do with conviction and fervor, and a willingness to serve, that things will work out. If they do not, another door will open shortly behind it. Tony believes in being diligent and having a strong work ethic in order to be successful in life. “One of these days,” he has stated, “I will slow down to stop and smell to proverbial roses, but that will be later in life for sure.”

When we asked Tony about the best advice he had ever been given, he shared about honesty, trust, and relationships. “Be honest and tell the truth,” Tony stated. “The best relationships are built on trust and having honest conversations. If someone does not like your truth, that is their problem and not yours. Relationships and teams cannot be successful when everyone is not having an open, candid dialogue.” We believe that these words that Tony has chosen to live by make him an incredible leader within Paragon Healthcare.
