Meet Cindy Sumrall, our Chief Clinical Officer. Cindy’s infusion career began in 1996 as a nurse that made home visits. She served in many capacities over the years, holding roles as a home infusion nurse, mixer in a clean room, intake nurse, intake manager, and director of nursing, all before finding her home at Paragon Healthcare.

Her journey with Paragon began in April of 2007 as an intake nurse before moving into the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations, and then to Senior Vice President, and now Chief Clinical Officer. Cindy oversees multiple areas within Paragon, including our infusion centers, home infusion nursing program and home health agencies, clinical support nurses, benefits and verifications teams, staff development, accreditation, medical records, employee health, and our physician partnership division.

Cindy’s passion is for educating others and working with vulnerable teens. She has a huge heart for people, and it shows through the kind and compassionate way she interacts with the world around her. We are incredibly thankful for her leadership and heart to serve.
