Meet Anthony Mollica, Paragon’s new Chief Executive Officer! Anthony has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, serving in various leadership positions with Omnicare, Giant Eagle, Rite Aid, Brookdale Senior Living and Amedisys before joining Paragon last year.

Anthony is a firm believer in healthcare as the crossroads of business strategy and serving people, with emphasis on the latter. As he begins his service as Paragon’s CEO, Anthony says he is excited to lead and continue Paragon’s standard for the highest quality patient care in the healthcare industry.

Paragon continues to follow a trajectory of rapid growth, and Anthony sees this as an opportunity to continue investing our attention and care into our team, operations, quality and service. As founders Rick Allen and Joe Brayton transition to new roles on the company’s Board of Directors, Anthony says he is excited to work with them and to build on the strong foundation left by them and the entire Paragon team.
