Our Account Executives are responsible for all sales activities in a specified territory and growing top line revenues. Our Account Executives’ customers include physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, nursing companies, and payors in the territory.
Clinical Liaison (RN)
Our Clinical Liaisons are primarily responsible for growing and maintaining business with new and established referral sources, providing patient education and continuing education programs, as well as problem solving and resolving questions and issues for referral sources and patient. Our Clinical Liaisons act as a direct extension of the Paragon branch and as the front-line clinical contact person to coordinate discharges from the hospital to the home, while providing quality customer service. Licensed Registered Nurse required.
Intake Nurse (RN)
Paragon Intake Nurse’s primary responsibility is to ensure that intake information is accurate and complete. The job entails entering patient demographics into computer database, assisting in setting up any home services required for new referrals, as well as communicating with patient/caregiver all applicable information regarding therapy and financial arrangements. Licensed Registered Nurse required.
Nutritional Support Dietitian (RD)
Paragon Nutritional Support Dietitians are responsible for the in-depth assessment and follow-up of all appropriate patients on the nutrition support team. Some travel within territory required.
Clinical Assistant (MA)
Paragon Clinical Assistant’s primary responsibility is to ensure that intake information is accurate and complete. The job entails entering patient demographics into the system and assist in setting up any and all home services required for new referrals.
Clinical Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD)
Paragon Clinical Pharmacists are responsible for carrying out daily duties and responsibilities for the provision of alternate site/home health pharmacy services with minimal supervision. Our Pharmacists produce and ensure proper drug compounding, dispensing and distribution activities, assess and provide infusion equipment and supplies to patient, and perform other functions to provide excellent patient care. Some on-call required.
Pharmacy Technician (IV CPhT)
Paragon Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for assisting pharmacists in the performance of technical and clerical duties required for the daily operations of the pharmacy. Our Pharmacy Technicians assist with the compounding of intravenous solutions, dispensing of items ordered, and other functions to provide excellent patient care. Some on-call required.
Infusion Center Team
Paragon Delivery Technicians are primarily responsible for the delivery and/or pick up of medications, supplies, and equipment to/from patients’ homes and other locations as needed. Other responsibilities include compiling ordered medications, supplies, and equipment and associated documentation in preparation for delivery, equipment assembly, set-up, and instruction in patients’ homes as needed, and various warehousing duties such as shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse cleaning and maintenance. Use of personal vehicle required. Periodic on-call assignments required.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Paragon Infusion Center Nurses are responsible for the administration of all ordered therapies within the Nurse’s scope of practice, the facility’s policies/procedures, INS Standards of practice, and approved facility protocols. Some travel within territory may be required.
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Paragon Infusion Center Nurse Practitioners are responsible for patient care within his/her scope of practice in the clinical setting. Our NP’s perform complete physical assessments on each patient as warranted and for new consults as needed as well as administer all ordered therapies within the Nurse’s scope of practice, the facility’s policies/procedures, INS Standards of practice, and approved facility protocols. Some travel within territory may be required.
Paragon Reimbursement Specialists (Billers, Collectors, Cash Posters) perform tasks related to overall reimbursement operations including billing, collecting, handling, processing and depositing cash receipts, verifying benefits, maintaining relationships with providers, and specific projects as assigned.
Paragon Accounting Clerks perform tasks related to overall accounts payable operations including review invoices, preparing checks, filing, maintaining relationships with vendors, and specific projects as assigned.
Paragon Human Resource Professionals are involved in a range of activities including recruitment, training and development, benefits, payroll, employee handbooks, policies and procedures and employee relations.

Paragon IT Professionals are responsible for PC-based hardware/software support and maintenance issues, including installation, setup, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of desktop/mobile computers and related equipment. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, support and maintenance of various peripheral hardware such as wireless handhelds, cell phones, printers, and tablets as well as identifying potential issues with computer systems. Some travel may be required.
